Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, session duration, and error reports.

Trading Data

If you connect a brokerage account, the Service processes trade-related data (positions, orders, balances) to provide its functionality. We do not store your brokerage credentials. Authentication is handled via OAuth or API key encryption at rest.

• To process transactions and manage your subscription.
• To send service-related communications (e.g., security alerts, billing).
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trading journals and session data are retained for up to 12 months after account deletion to comply with potential regulatory requirements, after which they are permanently deleted.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
