Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Alle-Quant application, website, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Alle-AI, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

Alle-Quant is an autonomous trading copilot that assists self-directed traders with market research, trade journaling, risk checks, and order placement. The Service connects to third-party brokerages on your behalf but never takes custody of your funds.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Service is a software tool, not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment advisory service. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and bear all risk of loss.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraud.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alle-AI, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your trading data remains yours.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT TRADING SIGNALS WILL BE PROFITABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLE-AI, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
